We all experience stress from time to time, but sometimes it can all feel overwhelming and affect both our physical and mental state of being. 

Stress is the body's natural response to danger, but as we live in a world full of constant demands from all directions in life, the body can start to act and behave in a certain way. When we have over-used the fight and flight response over a longer period of time, our bodies become sensitised, fatigued and overworked. Chronic stress depletes us; both emotionally and physically and we can experience a range of symptoms.
